By accessing or using The Mom App (the “App”), website, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and The Mom App (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
You must be at least 10 years old to use the Services via a unique login account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
Upload malicious code or misuse the Services
Use the App in a way that harms others or infringes rights
Certain features allow you to invite family members or dependents.
You are responsible for:
Managing permissions
Ensuring invited users comply with these Terms
Any content shared within your family group
You retain ownership of content you create or upload.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Services.
We do not sell your personal content.
The App may include voice notes, AI assistance, or automated features.
You acknowledge:
AI outputs are informational only
We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness
AI features should not be relied on for medical, legal, or professional advice
If you purchase a subscription:
Payments are handled by Apple, Google, or authorized providers
Subscription terms are governed by the applicable app store
Refunds are subject to store policies
All trademarks, logos, software, and content (excluding user content) are owned by The Mom App or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the Services
Engage in unlawful behavior
You may stop using the App at any time.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:
Availability
Accuracy
Reliability
Fitness for a particular purpose
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mom App shall not be liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Personal decisions made using the App
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
